Default WWE Batista workout

Since I'm to lazy to scan my copy I thought I would just give a link to another site with the issue of FLEX magazine featuring batista. The actual workout is on page 8.

Arms are too small for the rest of his upper body and his legs are small. He doesnt do regular squats or deads and he works out 3 days in a row and takes 4 off. what an idiot.

batista's got a nice build but brock lesnar was truly THE beast. I remember hearing kurt angle or someone saying they've seen brock bench 650 and squat 900.

Don't listen to anything regarding Brock. Everything about him was exaggerated, the E tried to get people to believe he was 350 pounds. They exagerrated his heighth, everything.

Brock was big, but he wasn't chiseled at all. His muscle seemed to flop around. That's why I like(d) Triple H, everything seemed like it was made of stone. Bobby Lashley nowadays seems to be the best body of the E.

Take this for whatever it's worth to you, but these guys are on the road for 300 days out of the year, literally. That's not me exaggerating, that's the truth. To do anything that has a remote chance of injury would be a terrible idea. Especially since Batista holds a title.

With that said, I doubt he needs to gain a ton of leg mass, so why are squats vitally important? I'm not trying to defend the guy, he's a terrible performer. Just asking.

Yea. 3 days in a row 4 off...What about the freakin show night?
You got figure he trains early in the weak and takes a couple days of to be fully recoverd.
Imagine doing a leg day before you have to go out there and pick up those other guys or bounch off the ropes with out a hobble!
I do squats and barley make it up stairs the next day. These guys are pretty athletic for their size.
Bobby Lashley used to me a freakin Marine.
HHH is getting chubby, but will prolly cut up again after his injury.
Batista is tall so it would be hard for him to put on leg mass and stay "quick" and mobile without waddaling.

Not a huge fan of wrestling but you got to respect what these guys go through.

He takes those days off because he's on the road. The reason he works out 3 days in a row is because that's the only time he's not on the road.

Derka derk

I'm sure that squats and Dl's are rather taxing to do while maintaining that job.

I'm calling bullsh!t on this one - I've stood next to this man, and his quads are massive whether they come out in that pic or not.

LOL - people criticizing him, when 99.9% of you guys would give your mother and first born to look 1/8 as good as he did in like 2004. He's looking old now, but he was a best 2-3 years ago.

FOR SURE! I'm not hidin it. I envy this man for the physique he obtains. I seen a pic of him do DB curls i think they were 70...? not sure but i know he is a BEAST! Maybe not to the Bodybuilding standars but still a BEAST! Think it through about the lifestyle these guys live. His life is a work out.
I got a lot of respect for these guys.

Also, what does everyone think. Natural? I know Chris MAsters got in trouble for AAS. I think Batista is and thats why his frame looks like that, with those "small arms." The guys we usually see are massive due to AAS. There are big guys on here but with higher BF% Remember, they are there for entertainment.

There is no way he got that big on this routine.

No dead
No Squat
No Bench

I guess he's just maintaining while he's on the road.
But man, what a beast! 6'4" and looking this big is incredible. Put him in a forest with some fur on him and people will mistake him for Big Foot.
