Yeah, he makes it look pretty heavy though, check out some of the earlier videos in this thread though, pulling 830 lbs (i think) like it's nothing.

This is a pretty good video. Ron Palmer deads 700lbs. Apparently one of the strongest pound for pound in the world, 1951+ @ 165 Not sure how heavy he is in that video but he went up to 181bs. All natural so his trainer says.

Well i still think Franco Columbu still holds the world record for being strongest Pound for Pound, i could be wrong though as its been many years since Franco was Powerlifting competetively.

Apparently he is one of only two to lift over 12 times their body weight. So maybe it's him as well.

dude really....you werent going anywhere near low enough, at all. that doesnt even count as a squat. drop the weight, go down to parallel, and then build back up, you will be much stronger and it will be much more rewarding.
