Default Im 17 and have 6 months until powerlifing comp.

Well a few of my friends do a powerlifting comp in april. I currently weight about 150 and my weight class would be for 155. This comp is strickle for teens and i was just wondering if anyone has any good "diet" plans to help me with my training. Ive been lifting for about a year now but next monday will be the 1st work out with the the powerlifiting trainer
Thanks guys

Well what i will say is to eat a couple of decent sized steaks per day, maybe try and get in around 1 1/2lb of beef per day, eat your greens and the mighty spud for carbs, sweet potatoes and butternut squash is also great, plus drink lots of milk and best of all keep things simple both workout wise and diet wise, best of luck mate and keep us updated on how it goes!

come on PJ, that will shoot him into the next weight class But PJ does have a point, you need fuel for those muscles to get stronger. Focus on your diet first, lifting second, and the gains will come.

3 pounds of steak a day? Even at $5/lb, thats almost $5500 per year on steak. Somewhere there is a rancher with your picture on his wall.
