Thanks a lot gang. It felt good. I had shifted up my training for three months in preparation, knowing what events we were going to have. It was my first strongman compitition. The event was local, sponsored by the gym I attend. I think it will promote me to enter some more events, as I had fun first, and the placing was just a huge huge bonus. I think I was the entertainment for the crowd, as I pulled the truck the fastest, knowing that, I jumped up on the tire and gave the crowd a double-bicep pose...hahaha... the crowd (which was about 300 people) just loved it
I think I like the training for bodybuilding, as my diet was pretty shot for this competition. I knew I was going to go up against some pretty big guys, I tried to put on as much 'good' weight as possible. I lost a few abs, but now it's over, and I can get back to the diet and 'routine' training. If I keep doing good, I'll have to change my name to POWERHRPIII
