You get this way from over-training. Just when I think I've have a hard day in the gym, I add about 4 more exercises. This is what 2 hours a day, 5 days a week will get you. Oh, and almost forgot.. no training partner to slow me down. I've tried a few partners, but they keep "breaking", since the intensity is so high, they can't keep up and drop lifting to take up gardening or something.

Thanks for all the wonderful excitement. It was fun, and wish you could all be here to compete along with me. Hopefully, if they have something close to you, you will compete and have as much fun with fellow lifters. I will definitey do it again.

Caferacer, Traps, narcsarge, Veng, theara.. and all you others guys... just enter and have some fun. The group that participated here were like brothers cheering you on. We were even helping each other, giving ideas, giving each a hard time, joking... having fun with the kids and the crowd.. everyone had a great time.

If I find somewhere in the UK that does these strong men events with different weight categories then I'll join up, think I'll have to wait while I get bigger though lol

There were only two weight classes for us. under 200 lbs, and over. The under 200 lbs was pretty even, as the guys ranged from 160 lbs to 185 lbs. My class range was HUGE! Don't be a spectator, be a contender! One of the guys who had the most fun, was the lightest guy in the contest. The crowd just loved him for trying everything, and giving it his all.

lmao I vary between 154lb and 168lb (no my scales aren't fvcked lol) so I'd definitely give it a go
