Well i dont have any videos cuz im a poor bastard haha, but here are some of my personal bests....


i did these at 165lbs, im about 170 now

BB Bench: 225x4, 250x1

DB Bench: 80x6, 90x3

Deadlift: 315x2
^I just started doing deadlifts about 2 months ago, and wow i love these. The density and mass ive gotten in my traps is outstanding, i kick myself for not starting these sooner.

Squat: 225x3 , 240x1

Box Squat: 295x4, 320x2



Legs...what can i say, its my own fault. When i first started lifting in 8th grade, for the first 2 years i neglected them , not training them once. I joined football and saw the importance of powerful legs, i started training them too late, now i have to catch up to the rest of my body
