Doesn't matter.

I have seen guys in my gym with huge upper bodies that can't squat for sh!t. This is just another one. He has a big upper body, but I bet if you could see his quads, they wouldn't be anything special.

Hell, by the time I'm squatting that weight, it's going to mean I am going to be a LOT bigger than him.

Minus well put in my deadlift video.. I have more, just not on my computer yet.. The other ones are better form, and more weight.. I dunno when I'll have them though..

Oh, and its 100lbs exactly. (No biggie, I can get 140lbs without much effort. It was just all the weights I had, next time I grab a couple little kids..)

Edit: Sorry, no username, and date on paper... this was like a week ago though. I'll try again laters.

You know ive seen videos of Powerlifters getting a goodlift for worse form than that, youve got great form and you were almost there its like an inch or 2 out, gonna give you a red light for now but im still impressed by the video, next time just go for a single and put all your focus into one perfect rep.

Hi it looked good but im not gonna judge it because its the wrong way up, i can tell that the weight is way too light for you so use a heavier weight next time and lets see what you can achive.

I agree with the others, Caferacer, the form was there to get the 405, and enough power to hit 415-420. I think you just lost focus a little on it (maybe it was too light and you were in a hurry or something). No doubt you won't get it next time, and I'm betting you go below parallel just to make sure Good lift.

Thanks, haha. Ya, it was too danm light.. I was just trying to get my form right before I went up. I've done 40lbs more then that since then, still not hard but my form is better, I'll get a new one up sir. Maybe a bench, and squat aswell..

For those interested, I posted on a site and got some solid advice from some guys much, much bigger than I am.

You want to sit back first and then like JSN said sit down. By doing this your knees should never move forward, and consequently its less wear and tear on your knees, makes it a shorter distance to hit parallel, and incorporates more hip and hammie help in the squat. I'll try to find a good video of a squat to the side so you can see exactly what I mean.
Tomorrow I'll run into the gym and with light weight try to get a feel for what he is saying before I try it with 400lbs.

How much weight was that? And that was bent-over row.. I just got done with my last set, at 110lbs atm for 12. I bring it up 10lbs everytime I do it. (Gotta start somewhere.)

I'm about to put up my db press (flat), got 7 reps.. Waiting on a cable so I can get the video from the camra and onto my computer..

rolf to the last video man, nice..

Your row... I would bend at the waist a bit more, you seem a little to upright.
Deadlift looks fine to me.

Yes it looked like you were doing a yates row, for bent over rows try to almost have your torso parallel to the ground, it is harder that way.
