with Inzer, for rage shirts you take your should measurements and add 2 to it and its meant to be your size. However ive heard some people are having trouble with Inzers sizes... i dont wanna pay 150 and get the wrong size.

I guess they act like a spring , to bench press in a bench shirt is a totally different movement and adds a great deal to your Max bench press.

Your right in a sense however they do infact do alot of training in those shirts, it takes much training to be able to get the best out of using one, its not like you strap one on and you can straight away bench 100lb more it takes time.

Heres an example of how much a shirt can help.

Scot Mendelson pressed 1,008 pounds on his first attempt at the Fit Expo at the 2006 Iron Man Bodybuilding contest on February 18th 2006 using a shirt.

The heaviest "raw" bench press (without equipment such as denim shirts) is 715 lb (325 kg) by Scot Mendelson
