Compound in fact are the king that release the more test inside you and up your GH level the most... everybody is agreeing upon that...

Isolation is used as a SECOND way to hit your desired muscle... Primary thing you want to hit just like a powerlifter are the three main compounds + other compounds..

Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press ++ Chin Ups, Bent Over Rows, Overhead Presses.
Everything you say is right about compound movements as im living proof that compound works, i want more guys on here to limit their machine work and experience a new world of naturally high test levels.

like i said, obviously im no bench expert, but even i know bouncing off the chest creates injuries/ cheats by using momentum. You should pause at the chest, not bounce it.

IN some powerlifting comps you have to pause at the bottom, bringing the bar down to the sternum.
