Yes it would massively mate, infact you can put around 50lb on me if i were to take steroids, plus my lifts would sky rocket into a pro standard, however at the moment im still finding how good i can get with just my own natural test levels.

Well lately ive been busy going to and from hospital as my wife had a c-section on thursday, we had another boy named Ethan weighing in at 10lb and is a big feeder like me , anyway ive been looking after my other boy Jack whos 2 1/2 whos also a big lad for his age, i havent had much time for my workouts lately but today i did a few sets of squats and sat my boy down to watch and he started counting my reps, this made me laugh so i tired him out with just a barbell on his back and he was going ass to grass with great form i was very impressed, then he started doing some clean and jerks and curls with an ez bar of course i had hold of the bar too incase he knocks himself with it, anyway i might just start him on some sort of light routine see how much muscle gains he can achive at a really young age, arms are measuring 7 1/2inch at the moment lets see if they can get to 15inch by the time he starts school.

7 an half inch at 2 years old?..thats big! my wrist is only 7 3/4in

i wish i had started lifting at age 2!

congrats on the kid, i think its cool your gunna train your son but i would be careful with his joints and stuff, make him do like a 20 rep range so there is no pressure on joints, then he will be in kik ass shape when he is old enough to powerlift and still have a healthy body, i am just thinking of that kid who was trained by his parents when he was young, he wil be fuked when he is older.

I just plan on doing some stuff with light bars and bodyweight for now, nothing too hardcore just yet.
