Here's a thought....lol you could stop doing so many sets and start working some strength...

Thanks Jim, I added those front wrist curls to my routine tonight, along with plate pinches to help my grip.... man my forearms are on fire. I'm thanking you now, but I was cursing your name earlier as my arms felt like a rock
