Hello everyone:

Just joining in, thanks for the welcome. Little info on me, I am doing the Body For Life program started 1/5/04 and as of 2/11/04 I have lost 19lbs. Started at 226 now at 207, I am shooting for around 200 with major muscle definition. I really appreciate the site and look forward to many discussions, and to get and give advice. Thanks again.
