Ok, not only am I new to BB4U, this is the first forum I have ever participated in, so bare with me, cause I have NO idea what I'm doing at the moment. But I love the enthusiasm.

HI I am new too, had a bad summer and put on the few pounds I had lost this past winter...The food at the camp I worked at was so bad, really did not have many options...This forum seems quite enthusiastic, and the page has many great tips and info...starting to eat clean again see if those extra pounds melt off eventually! Trying to stick to the NO sugar diet...

Hey, Nice to see a non hostile group of people. I'm competing in 06 for the first time in 13 years. 257lbs at 6'2". I'd like to compete at around 215 to 220. I need as much natural info as I can get (supplements and diet etc). Things have changed a lot in the last decade.

Can anyone give an advice what is the best whey protien that is natural.
For a woman or what ever that works well and build a lean muscle and without egg white stuff that gave a really bad somach issue. and weight lifting, i aslo have questions about that..like for 3 months what should i do with weight lifting. Let say i work out 2 day out of a week for my arms and sets are 3 sets of 10-12 and i do drop sets. But what will i do next month? the same weight? like 25,20,10 then next week or month same wieght? please help =0) Thank you Ann |

Whats up, this is Kyle, December 13 '05, just registered with site. I've been researching for months on end and finally decided to try forums to get the answers I'm looking for. I'm not a hardcore bodybuilder I'm just cross training for strength and I'm sick of all the bull**** repeated ad nauseum about diet reccomendations, creatine use and et cetera. I'm an all natural type, run 10k every morning, weights every other day, boxing every night, eat healthy, and no I won't take creatine and I'm not a baby cow so stuff that whey where the sun don't shine L M A O. Anyhoo, if you want to talk I'm all ears, and I'll try to entertain you. Peace out.

hello everyone... im just new here at the forum.. Im 18 years old, small framed and Im just glad that i had found a website that talks about body building... Im really desperate to improve myself physically that is why I wanted to know on how and what to do in order for myself to build and add some body mass...Im really thin and skinny and i wanted to build up my body... please help.. i would really appreciate your advices and replies...
