Default Hey everyone.

This site is great! I look forward to swaping supplement stories and talking about workout tips with everyone.

About a year ago I was at 260lbs, my doctor told me if I did not lose it I will get diabetes by constantly giving my pancreas a hard time with insulin production. And after many sleepless nights searching the net and getting information, I was able to create a diet that demanded a lot of phisical and mental discipline. I now weigh 150lbs and am working on a lean muscular phisique.

It saved my life...and gave me sex appeal

Hello everyone! I just joined and I want to introduce myself. My name is Megan and I came across this site while searching for information on weight loss products. This has by far been the most helpful site I've ever found and I plan on logging on to it often to help me reach my weight loss goals.

Been looking this place over for about a week now and decided that you all here seem cool so here I am. I,ve been lifting weights for about 31 years and at the age of 52 now I see no stopping until the day I die. I'm slowing down a bit but its a habit that you cant break after so many years. Its addicting. LOL
Nice site you all got.

What up! I was referred to this site by a friend on another board, Kosmo. So far so good. It should be a lot of help.

hey again
i'm a little confused as to how much protein i should be taking a day. It says on the label that i should be taking 1g per lb of weight, so that should be 175g's, but i was wondering if that means i should be taking 175g's of my whey only or if that includes eating other foods like tuna and eggs to come up to that 175?

welcome to the forum alex.

you should aim for 1-1.5g protein/lb of body weight. that's total daily protein, which includes protein from foods, and whey together.

try something like optimum's 100whey, chocolate or vanilla both taste very good.
