Well, I started BB after my second child. My back was sore and I was tired. I was skinny but my athletic body was disappearing.
It's been 10 years and now I have 4 children which is always a surprise to people. There is a stereotype of a woman who has had some kids. It is not pretty. Anyway I hope to inspire you with words. I never take off my clothes. So you'll see no pics. But I will tell you diet and consistency has paid off in all areas of my life. Including BB. I love it most days. The rest I do it just because. I am a little competitive. That's my Hello. |

Hey guys,
Just found this site two days ago and have to say am very impressed with the knowledge of members and the willingness to share tips and advice.Started training with weights about 8 months ago but only really have had any success in the last 3/4 months ( no form,no targets,no clue!!! for the first 4 months). Just really want to get guidance as to proper form as I want to incorprate squats and deadlifts into my workout. I am a bit hesitant as regards deadlifts as my lower back is a wee bit dodgy and I don't want it seizing up. I will obviously practice with light weights first to get proper form but I mainly want to know how straight I should be keeping my legs? |

Hello everyone, I'm Anthony and I have just started working out. I'm 6'2 and weight about 160lbs (rounded up). My goal is to reach 195-200lbs with minimal body fat. I ran across this site researching a growth enhancement supplement. Turns out that it was just another scam. Thank goodness for sites like this. Hopefully I can stay motivated and disciplined. See y'all around.

I'm new to this website, and I might be entering the wrong place, but I have to start somewhere. Anyway, I found this site through a Pete Sisco one, so I presume that he's part of this one, or that you at least know who he is. My question is, do you know how I can contact him? Well, let me expand upon this if I'm not violating one of the rules on this website. Pete has developed a Static Compression exercise machine called the XF Streamline. It looks great to me, and I'm seriously thinking of buying one, but I first have to see one in person. So, I'm trying to see if there's a place where one is on exhibition,or in use at a gym. That's all. I want to see a XF Streamline, but I don't know where to find one. Can someone help?
