Hi, my name is Mary. I am new to the group. I work 2 to 3 times a week been doing this for about 4 years now. My workout consists of jogging/walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes, 10 minutes on eliptical machine, stomach exercises-bicycle, crunches, I also do weight machines for biceps, triceps, fly and the one for the back (upper back). Sometimes I do water aerobics. I am 5'6 3/4, weigh 144 lbs. I look good but can look much better. I would like to get some definition in my arms, not bulk just some definition. when I do the weight machines I life 12.5 40 times. I don't have a lot of upper body strength. I have a 31 waist and 36 hip and I am at high risk for heart disease. I had no idea my waist was so large because my clothes fit alright. I need tips on how to reduce inches on my waist also.

Welcome Mary... Its nice to have another woman on here. There is alot of good advice here!!! Age is a bit of a factor sometimes in the weight loss, but your not at a loss.. You should post your diet and workout.. Check out some of the journals too for guidance and there is a female section on here where you can also find good scoop!! |
