hey everyone i just signed up and i already hav a question for you guys! i hav heard that the best time to take creatine is post-workout but i also have a whey protein shake i take after a workout. my question is wut shood i take first? hiw long after my workout shood i take the first thing? and finally how long after i take the first thing shood i take the second thing? thanx for your help i hope u understood all of that!

Lets seeee..... My name is Jeffrey....I've been strugglin with my weight for a while now....I use to be chubby...then skinny.....now im kinda in between....I'm just lookin to lose a couple lbs. and tone up. Taking it with some complex carbs about 45-1 hour before a workout is good. The best time to take it is after your workout. Take it with water, mixed with some carb source, like dextrose, vitargo, or waxy maize.
