One of the best zig-zag diets I have seen is by Dr Frederick Hatfield, aka "Dr. Squat". He holds several world records and is an expert on training, lifting and bodybuilding.

Hi Everybody,
Great site and community you have here! been browsin around it for about a week and thought id join in on the discussion. a little bit about me, im 18, 5'5 140lbs. I did swimming and water polo all through high school but only recently started lifting weights seriously about 5 months ago. I hope to gain 10-20 lbs of lean muscle, and hopefully lower my bodyfat to show those abs :P. Just started doing a lot of cardio and watching what i eat, as well as started taking creatine about a month ago. see all of ya around.

well im on my 2nd day starting on my 3rd week cycle of mega trn. i started taking 3 pills a day instead of 2. i was wondering if thats ok and i know most people go for a 4 week cycle but i also heard of people going up to 6 and 8 weeks? is this ok? well i was thinking of going up to 6 weeks...so if i do...is this ok and should i cycle of the last 2 weeks? and when i cycle off...i was told i can take mega trn, 6oxo and alpha test for my post cycle? is that cool? i got my resources by some good friends if anyone is wondering. i just want to get a 2nd opinion.
