Well I guess I'll tell a little bit of my story and then ask some questions. I was in the US Army right out of high school did that for four years worked out almost every day not really in a gym or any thing, push ups, pull ups sit ups, a lot of ups, and running. I never really had to worry about weight gain or stuff like that I was always working out. So I got married in October of 07 her parents freaked out and we got a divorce in Dec of 08 Mean while I had gotten out of the army in July of 08 and through this time I packed on about 35 lbs. I was looking kind of chubby. So her and I broke up and I did the whole depression thing for about the last month and a half. Durning this time I lost my will to eat and dropped about 25 lbs and now that I can see my abs again and girls are starting to look at me again lol I really want to get in shape again. I'm doing a lot of muscle stuff but it's still a little cold out side to do any cardio. I really want to get down to my weight in high school 165 lbs. And I'm going to try and use this site to help me drop weight and get buff. I was also a medic in the army so I can help people out with pains and other medical needs. I'm not a doctor but I can fix most aches and pains. So I'm going to see what I can do to be me again and I hope every one here can help me out.

Jack

Hey guys,

I'm a 20 year old guy who loves bodybuilding and has a goal to gain 24 more pounds. I've already gained 20lbs during a year plus of training. Could have done better but have done mistakes like not eating enough and wasting time at the gym talking with girls. Shame on my but I've learned the lesson. I'm currently reading Scrawny to Brawny book and enjoying it.

I'm not gonna stop bodybuilding for long time!

Ultimately my goal in life now is to learn as much as I can about bodybuilding and help other achieve their goals.

Cheers
