I need help!!!
I was wondering if someone can advice me. I'm currently working out and TRYING to eat right. I need to drop some weight. I want to lose about 40 pounds before April of 2009. I'm 5'4" and 175 pounds. What should I be doing? I need specific detail on what to eat EXACTLY on a regular basis, what to stay away from, and how many calories i should intake. I also need assistance as to what sort of work out I should be doing. I currently walk 5-6 miles a day, do 30 minute of cardio (usually elliptical) a day and weight lift, all 4 days a week.
