Hi bert here i'm 63, 5"11", 236lbs not in real bad shape I maintain a 10 acre farm in SW Florida. I started lifting 3 weeks ago First and second weeks useing 15lbs and this third week useing 25lbs. Im working out at home on a cable machine a Vectra 1500 with 235lbs in 10lb plates. I started doing 2X25reps for each excersize M W and F. Just trying to ease into this. Im doing
1. Leg Extendsions 2. leg curls 3. Rowing 4. Bicep curls 5. Flat bench press 6. tricep press down 7. Lat pull down 8. Butterflys 10 min cardio on bike before and after workout, Im feeling good and wanting to know were to go from here at my age and size not so much for body building but sliming and trimming and toneing. And I have been working on my diet. Any help appreciated Bert |
