Weight lifting/weight loss
Hello,
I am looking to lose weight and need some help/tips. I am 24, weight about 300 and am about 6'1.
I go to the gym five times a week for basic weight lifting on the machines and I job about a mile while I am there. I would say my work out with weights is about an hour and my jog takes about 12 minutes. I was wondering what else do I need to do. I have taken out sodas out of my diet and I have stopped eating out. Will any of this help with weight loss.
Lifting work out I use: I do 3 set of twelve reps each
Lat pull down, tricep press, leg extension, bicep curl, shoulder press, cal extension, row/rear deltoid, abdominal crunch, seated leg curl, pectorial fly, hip abduction, hip adduction, chest press, back extension, and glute.
what else can i do.
