Default need advice

New to the site but wanted advice or opinions from some experienced or knowledgable people. I weighed 180 lbs 2 months ago and started working out everday for 42 days straight . legs one day with a half hour of cardio and chest bi's and tri's the next day and lost 18 pounds I just took a four day break and started taking eas whey protein around 3 sevings a day total of 69 grams in shakes and probaly 50 grams of protein in meals totaling 119grams. IS THIS ENOUGH PROTEIN? Also i started taking n.o xplode. IS THIS A GOOD START OR SHOULD I IMPLEMENT ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS AND SHOULD I TAKE THE N.O XPLODE ON NON WORKOUT DAYS? My goal is to get back up to 175 lbs but have no idea on what my diet should consist of like calories and carbs. If someone could lend some advice i would appreciate it greatly!!!

How much do you weigh right now? Standard rule of thumb is about a gram per pound body weight for protein, so use that as a general guide and adjust it to suit your needs. If you're taking more protein in via shakes than via meals, something's messed up, IMO. You need to be getting more of your protein from real food. What's the diet look like?

For me, pre-workout supps are meaningless and I don't use them at all.

If youre trying to gain mucsle, 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight per day is pretty much bare minimum. Its almost impossible for someone whos strength training to achieve a positive nitrogen balance by eating any less than that amount per day.
