Default hello

Hello. I'm getting back into working out after a LONG layoff and will hopefully find extra motivation from this site.

I currently weigh about 200 pounds and have not touched a weight in a long time. About 4 years ago I was in quite good shape - I weighed as much as 240 pounds, and had some good lifts. I'm a fairly quick gainer and I have a good idea what works for me - basically MAX-OT with a few tweaks. So I'm really looking forward to this, so long as I can stay motivated.

Beginning with legs tomorrow.

Cool to see you on here. I think this seems like a neat community. It's always helpful to know you're not alone in something. When there are people who have been / are in the same shoes you're in now, it doesn't seem like such a huge mountain to climb.
