hey everyone im john. ive never worked out a day in my life but figured i should so i would look a little better. im 6'4 and currently weigh 286 lbs. ive been dieting and that is down from 308 about a month ago. all my fat seems to be in my mid section. my gut, back, and my man tittes lol. my legs, ass, and arms are prettymuch solid. i dont want to get ripped but am looking to get rid of the gut and the man tits and put on a little bit of muscle. i am a fairly strong person normally but an ac tear from a motorcycle accident is hindering my benching capabilities. ill take some pics to show you what i look like at the moment. feel free to laugh and make jokes since nothing motivates more than getting picked on lol. ill also take some measurements to post on my profile too.
