Default NEW to BBFU

just wanted to say hey to everyone out there been reading these threads for sometime now and finally joined. had a question for you guys out there im weighing in at 246 and 5'11 lost some weight as i was weighing 270 but now im stuck at this weight and i do cardio as well as lifing 4 times a week i was thinking about taking NO Xplode to see if maybe this might cut me up and help me loose some more weight. well thanks for all your input in advance

Supps aren't neccesary to cut down on weight, especially if you have a BF% above 10%, especially NO Xplode. If you stopped losing weight, you need to adjust your diet and/or increase the intensity of your workouts/cardio. There is a lot of great advice on here about the proper weight loss diet.
