Hello I wanted to gain muscle/weight.I'm 20 and about 5'6 5'7.I eat a lot but I still stay around the 145 -150 range.I lift weights but I dont seem to gain muscle.I want to get at least 170 and then muscle up everything.Do anyone have any suggestions of ideas?I'll appreciate any help.

So you want to just keep eating until you hit your goal weight & then "muscle up everything" .... lol

Start lifting heavy weights with a balanced routine now.
Start eating big (you don't eat enough, believe me) & healthy now.
Start reading about lifting routines, cardio & nutrition around this website now.
Use the search function before asking questions .......now!

post what you eat everyday that will be a good starting point to see where you stand
