Hey Everyone, My names Ian. Im 16 years old I was working out for a while, I started to get really strong, cut and was unlimited on all the different kind of flips I do but that all went to hell when I met my girlfriend about 3 months ago, lol. But now im trying to get back into my old routine. I am currently taking BSN's True Mass. Ive been using it for two days now and its not bad. I used to take Sizeon and Superpump before I stopped working out. I hated Sizeon im never taking any creatine again, however, I really like the superpump but im not sure if i want to take it again cuz I want to get back to my old self with a more natural way this time and if that means I have to work my ass of to do it then so be it. Besides the Superpump made me veiny and I hate Veins popping out. Now I have a vein right above my temple that pops out sometimes and I dont like it. But anyway Its nice to be here and I do need some advise on dieting but ill talk about that it the section it goes in. See ya.

Im not really a gymnist what I do is called tricking its a combination of Martial Arts, Gymnastics and Acrobatics. If you go on youtube and watch a few vids of a team called EMC Monkeys(my favorite team)then youll know what im talking about. Also if you get the chance look up Freerunning and Parkour those are also "Urban Sports" that i do.
Ya I really dont want to gain any fat I want to loss a little bit and gain mass. The dieting ummm im not to sure about like I dont know how to diet right thats what I need help on, but for now I dont eat any junk food or nuts and I DO eat lots of veggies and meat. I know its not that great but thats why im here. |
