Hey everyone
im not new to weight lifting.i been lifting for 3 years now.i just joined this website ,because i wanted to talk to other people who like to lift weights.
these are my stats
bench-280
squat-330
power clean-225
weight-170
height-5ft9inch
age-18 in two months
im not really very big though for what i lift.at school when i was taking weight lifting ,i surprized the hell out of the other kids,because they thought i couldn't bench that much.so i was wondering if you guys new what i could do to put on size.i gain weight ,but it never shows that much.my bicepts are 16 inches flexed which isnt very good from what ive heard on other bodybuilding websites.
