hey im 80kg around 173cm i think im stocky build not bad form
i train monday legs core work tuesday rugbyleague training wednesday - at lunch time i do a chest shoulders core workout in the night i do rugby training thursday -rugby league training(not as intense) friday-friday biceps triceps core play sat sun im on gnc muscle milk cytosport i think i have creabolic extreme (not in use atm) also i have hyroxyphase (not in use as well) i also have a good diet no junk .. TIPS on workout please and sups |
