Default mywork out tips wanted

hey im 80kg around 173cm i think im stocky build not bad form
i train monday legs core work
tuesday rugbyleague training
wednesday - at lunch time i do a chest shoulders core workout
in the night i do rugby training
thursday -rugby league training(not as intense)
friday-friday biceps triceps core
play sat sun
im on gnc muscle milk cytosport i think
i have creabolic extreme (not in use atm)
also i have hyroxyphase (not in use as well)
i also have a good diet no junk ..
TIPS on workout please and sups

You're 16, eat and don't use supps.

Post your "good" diet. Use capitals and proper paragraph breaks k thx.

What does your workout actually look like (exercises, sets, reps etc.)?

What are your goals?

What, how much & when do you eat?

lostboyrufio has it right when he suggests laying off the supps (muscle milk in addition to a good diet isn't such a bad thing) - no need pump the other crap into your body at your age.
