Hi everyone, I came across this forum by chance, I have been into weights on and off over the last 15yrs. Each time something comes along and stops my training, before I know it my strenghts gone, any muscle that is left is now covered in the dreaded fat!
But each time I pull myself out of it and start again!
Well it happened a couple of months ago, I'm on the road again (canned heat)
only this time with a much higher determination, since I dont have work to sideline me again. The climate out here in Spain lends itself to looking after yourself and wanting to look good, even at 56!
What is age anyway, just a number on a birthday card
I don't want to start taking supplements again, more expensive over here, so any natural ingredients suggestions would help.
I know that a good eating plan is necessary.
I have all the necessary equipement in my garage, Treadmill, bike, eliptical cross trainer, Olympic weights with a cage.
Firstly I'm doing CV to drop the weight, 3 times a week on average an hour each time. My weight is steadily dropping between 1/2-1lb per week, I know that if I dieted on a caloried controlled diet I could lose more, but have decided to do it this way (for the first time) relying purely on exercise.
I will get back into splitting my weight regime into 4 parts, 1 part every other day, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Chest with arms.
Well enough said already, I look forward to your comments and any Help you can provide.
