Default Supplement Questions

Hello i am 16 and i am planning trying to get more muscle mass onto my body. I have been working out for almost six months and as of now i have tried muscle milk protein and bsn's true mass. I preferred muscle milk but i wont to change again. For my pre-wokout drink i am planning to get BSN's Syntha 6, and for my post-workout i want to get optimum's 100% whey gold standard double choc......i also am planning to buy EAS L-Glutamine for recovery. Soooo i would appreciate if some people out there could give me their opinions on this stuff!!!!!

If you are going to supplement your vitamin & mineral rich diet with protein powder, ON 100% is a great choice.

No need for anything else, especially at your age.
