Hello everyone! I'm 17 and pretty new to bodybuilding! I have some experience and some good knowledge. and i'm looking to jump right in and build my new body! Well, first my supplements I'm looking to take: NO-xplode, scifit kre-alkalyn creatine, muscle milk, L-glutamine, and body fortress whey. I also will be workin out all at home pretty much on a weight bench with decline and incline, dumbbells, curl bar, and a leg curl! Now that u basically know what i will be working with i have only a few specific questions?!?!? With the new Kre-alkalyn creatine should I still cycle it, or should I just take it normally, and what time should I take it. Now with all my other things, when do u think I should take them? and under what conditions? Also, when would be the best time to workout and get the most out of my supplements and work? Lastly, I was wondering how i should do my 5 day schedule, I don't want to overwork my muscles thats bad, right? What exercises would u guys prefer for these too?Any tips would be great, and I mean anything!
Thanks so much in return for all the replies! Sorry i didnt really care to correct all my grammar Last edited by x_M4DM4X; 06-14-2008 at 12:16 AM. Reason: i guess it didnt have pulleys |

I was curious about how "supplements" constrict one agility. I'm just starting out too. I've noticed there's the look of the ultra-pumped, but the agility seems be at a loss. There a show called American Gladiator. There's a couple guys that are WWE sized: Titan doesn't seem as stiff for his build. Wolf isn't that pumped, but is a lot more agile. What's the balance? Does on go with Creatine or stay on a regular, hi pro diet.

That's great partner, I will be real honest stick with the fresh foods “fruits, vegies, beef, chicken, eggs, tuna and peanut butter. Stick with basic power movements, Supps such and Creatine “pure” Monohydrate, basic multi Vitamin is fine, but you are young, build the Brick house and then work from their. Screw finishing lifts, stick with the Bench, squats, dead lifts, military presses all the basics brother. Then work from that. You must build the **** brick house before you can decorate it. Years down the road when you have the beef, then through education think about other strength building products. Good luck. All good things must be worked for not only through hard work but education! |

thanx for all the tips guys! Ive done what you all say and have dropped most of my sups... no money ;( anyway ive put on around 20 pound and really beefed up. If anyone ever looks at this post again, should I stick with my 10-12 reps, usually for every workout, or go with more weight and less reps like 4-7? or maybe for only certain workouts?
