Smile New and need workout advice

HI There

I am new to the site and just wanted to say hi to everyone and hopefully get a bit of advice.
I am wanting to lose fat and gain muscle, I have fairly strong legs which just need definition but I would like to improve my upper body strength. I was wondering if anyone could give me a few pointers on how to improve my shoulders, biceps and triceps and just tone my thighs and calves. At the moment I am a bit overweight too so I will definately be incorporating cardio 3 times a week if i can. O and healthy eating

I may be on the wrong track but I am a complete beginner when it comes to this so any advice is welcome.

Hello candygurl,
Sounds like you are off to a good start. If you head down to the women's section there are some sticky's at the top of the page that should be of some help to you. Looking forward to seeing you around BB4U.
