I have looked into whey protein powders. What is the best kind of whey protein powder to buy. I have tried 100% whey protein powder from GNC and wanted to know is their a better brand or product.

Last protien powder I was using was atlargenutrition.com nitrean Seeing how the price went up $12 I'm just using food now.
I used GNC for a couple of years till their sales prices got rediculous, you can find it cheaper on the net

I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey, I love it. Wasn't that expensive either, I bought 5 lbs. for $45 at GNC a few weeks ago. Search around the site to get some more info on it.

I have used three different kinds of whey: Optimum and Champion Nutrition, and Muscle Milk. I personally have noticed better results while I use Muscle Milk. It's not 100% whey like the other two products I've used, it also has added vitamins and minerals which are essential to muscle build.
