To BB4U. Check out the stickies down in the ladies section, there is a lot of information in them...so don't let yourself get overwhelmed. Small steps are key to starting out.

What have you been doing so far for lifting? Cardio? How's the diet? Did you train (lift) prior to your pregnancy or is this new to you?

I like LT's idea of training with your hubby. I know more than a few couple's that train together. It's great for them to get out and away from the kiddo's for a bit have time away from the normal stresses of life. Some couple's can pull it off happily and some cannot...so no worries if that is not an option for you.

I have been watching what I eat with nutritional advice and support from my husband. I have also been riding our stationary bike 40 minutes a day and walking. So far I have dropped 33 pounds and to get to goal weight of 125 I need to lose 48 lbs more. Working out with my husband sounds great, but with 2 boys it is almost impossible. I have a feeling I will have to come up with a home workout plan of some sort.
