Question I am new a bodybuilding and need some answer

I am 25 years old and always want to get that harder core bodybuilder body. I Have A HARD time keeping to a workout program because. I work so many different times at work. it gets me out of my workout routine. I walk about 30 min a day after work and exercises. I Do cardio and weight training but I don't see any improvements to my body. I even tried diet pills and powders to improve my workouts.

I really done know what else to do.

ok dude before even thinking of gettin to shape or even weight training, the diet is most important. My friend told me most important thing in bodybuilding is about 50% diet 20% weight training and 30%rest. This is true I recon, but weight training is kinda more important. Once diet is good (eat 6 meals a day consisting of carbs, protien, veg (lots) and bit of fat. make sure 3 normal size meals, and 3 small meals) for thestart weight training, do take supplements I suggest whey protien, cause it repairs and builds muslce. Take it before and after workouts. And you should be fine. Make sure you do cardio, riding your bike to work is great option. so it can suit you anytime with all your jobs. And after that you can start researchng more supplements to take. And see what suits you.

This guy is an idiot. Reading his posts are like deciphering a retard puzzle. I wouldn't listen to his advice btw. He's got the right idea, but he is just recycling incomplete information. Do a little more reading on this site Marynana and you will start in the right direction. There is a ton of good information if you only invest some of your time. After you have posted a few times and become more familiar to the rest of the board, we will gladly help you out.

Just because we are on the internet does not make it ok to completely and utterly neglect grammer or proper sentence structure.

I am sorry about my grammer and sentence structure . I work in a bakery and don't write or use a computer all the time to get my grammer and sentence structure perfect.

It can be hard to workout around a wild work schedule, but it can be done in most cases. What I would be most interested in seeing is your diet and routine at this point. Most diets and routines can be adjusted. Also...if you are constantly moving and on your feet all day in the bakery that is going take a toll on your training.

Without seeing your diet and lifting routine I can only speculate, but possibly you are trying to lift too frequently with your work load or you are not lifting heavy enough. You may also not be getting enough rest.

And diet...well it goes without saying...most of us are not eating as clean as we could be, most everyone I know can adjust the diet a bit.
