Hello i was wondering how to start out on a good diet and weight training program. I am 6'3" and 340lbs I have been starting a low calorie diet but i wanted to start doing some workouts and was wondering what a good program would be to lose this weight and gain some muscle.

there are many different types of bodybuilding programmes that aim to help you lose fat and gain muscle. a sound programme that's been tried and tested is Body-for-Life by Bill Philiips. IMHO, it lays the brickwork for all BBing programmes - diet, nutrition, rest and recovery, HIIT, etc.
