New to working out..Shoul I try to lose fat or gain muscle?
I weight around 220lbs, and about 5'10. Male.
I was wondering if I should aim to lose fat more or gain muscle? If I were to gain muscle I would take Creatine, Whey, and Glutamine. But I were to try to lose more fat i would take a fat burner and Glutamine.
Gaining muscle i would think i would burn out faster, but loosing fat i would do more sets and low reps, which would make me workout longer, do these work with each other?
