So, I have these two supplement jugs at home: ![]() IsoMass Xtreme Gainer ![]() Optimum Nutritition's Serious Mass Here are the nutrition specs (servings adjusted for one scoop with 16oz of water): ![]() IsoMass also contains these (also adjusted for 1 scoop): ISOLATES 24g CARBO 20g CREATINE 2.3g OMEGA 2.2g VITAMIN 1.1g GLUTAMINE 0.7g N.O. 500mg BCAA 183mg CP 167mg ENZYME 83mg Considering I'm 10lbs underweight, what do you guys think would be better for me to take? Would it be okay to mix and match? If so, which one's better when (pre-workout, post-workout, before bed, etc)? Thanks! |
