Hi all seems to be a pretty cool forum and maybe just the right info I may need..
Im 34 years old 175 lb's and 6 ft in verry bad body shape. A bit of a gut and smoker. Im looking to start hiting the gym 3 times a week x 1 hr. I work nights , I start my shift at 7 pm and it ends at 5 am , so I was thinking of going right after work so I can rest my body after words. I was also thinking of picking up somthing at muscle max and could use some help with a diet. Any help out there? |

Been on the Ten Xtrem $ TT-40 for the past few days, I fill like i could rip the world in half!
I am trying to take it slow in the gym , I can see how easy it would be to hurt my self... Got a **** load of things done at home eheeh No side effects so far just a bit of quik temper. Love it! |

You might be on the wrong website if you've neglected the stickies and other peoples' journals for advice and go straight for the steroids and what not. What's your diet like? Training? Have you done the proper research for the drugs you are taking? Do you know what you're taking? Bloodwork?
