Greetings to all,
I just wanted to say hello and get some clarification. I’ve been reading on here about different diets zig zag CKD etc. and really don’t know which is best. About me. 30 year old male who use to work out all the time. I have 3 kids now and only about an hour with limited weights in the garage to get back in shape. After our last child my wife and I put on about 30 pounds each. I’m currently 5’ 7 about 182. I have no idea what my BF % is. Ultimate goal is to loose the fat/gut and gain some of the muscle back. I started walking for about 15 minutes in the morning and then doing about 30-45 minutes of lifting afterwards. I am eating very limited carbs maybe 20-30 for the last two days. My routine is going to consist of: Mon chest,shoulders Tue Back and Bic Wed Legs Thur Chest and arms Fri legs and back I’ll probably throw in some abs every couple days between sets. |
