I recently had an injury too (Aug 07) and it put me out for 3 months (lat tear). During that time I lost alot of muscle and gained some fat from a poor diet. I was down and out pretty bad when I finally was able to lift again (approx Nov 2007)...It took me awhile to get into a groove again, but I took it day by day and one work out to the next and it didnt take long after for the muscle memory to kick in. So take it day by day and look FORWARD to the next few weeks/months and not backward at the past few weeks/months.
