Getting in top shape for my wedding

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum.

My name is Art, and I'm from Fox Lake IL (NW suburb of Chicago). I'm 25, a web designer by trade, and I've been lifting / exercising since high school.

I'm getting married in three months, so I've decided to kick my workouts up a few notches. I look forward to participating on your forum!

I also recently started my own workout blog to detail my progress... check it out on Blogger if you want to. There's not much there yet (I just started it), but I'm hoping it will fill up with posts pretty soon.

Welcome aboard and congratulations on the upcoming marriage!

You can get a ton of good advice from the experienced lifters here if you post your routine in the log section of the forums. It is probably the best way to fine tune your workout and stay accountable.
