GT45 is on a distinguished road
Default New with some before and after pics

Hey guys, my name's Ryan. I'm 6-1 197lbs. Before I started going full bore, I was hovering around the 205lbs mark. I'm not a weight scale freak by any means but since I started I would try and watch just for fun.

I used to work out every now and again, but nothing serious. Until my girlfriend and I went through some tough times and she ended up leaving to Thailand for a month. I never would have been able to do any of this on my own if I didn't have the focus and complete rage I was instilled with after the she left for thailand. Working out everyday, kicking the **** outta myself was the only thing that would take my mind off everything. And for only going for such a short time, I'm seeing some results and I don't expect to veer off track anytime soon. Not huge results, but some nonetheless. I've been going to the gym for the last 3 weeks with the exceptions of about 5 days. After destroying myself at the gym I'm quite pleased with the results and how it's coming along.

I'm really noticing the fat coming off around the midsection, and that's what I'm trying to accomplish too.

My routine:

-burning 1100+ calories per session (according to the machines) half before weights and half after

-45mins-1hr of weights (I waste a lof of time between sets, some friends say to pick up the pace for more results but everyones different). 1 day pecs, tris, delts, next back traps lats, bis, another day legs. Each day doing core, abs, lower back. Rotating from free weights to cable to machines. for 45mins.

-not touching any junk food. Eating right, calorie counting foods.

-multivitamins, amino acid supplements, muscletech cell-tech before and after workouts.

Here's before:

after 2 weeks:

Let me know what you guys think, any tips or comments are appriciated.

No offense but I don't see a difference in them pictures.

A. You not flexing in before n flexing with the after
B. Two weeks isn't enough time

You said your calorie counting, what are your daily amount of calorie intake? You could up the calories and use your routine n build muscle off that mass and then cut up.

Mind posting up your routine your following?

Welcome to BB4U Ryan!
