Hi all been lurking around the forum for a while so i thought about time i joined up, joined my local gym a while ago and after a lot of cardio and burning of fat im now getting into bodybuilding alot more.
Seems like a good forum to get advice on various questions many newbies may have, i have a few lol. Worbs. |

Thanks for the welcome, iv found some usefull tips and advice using the search function already as i said the forum seems full of good advice.
Suppose i should tell you a bit about my self, im 28 years old and live in the uk. Before i joined the gym and started eating healthy i weighed 223 pounds after my last weigh in i am down to 203, thats in 4 weeks and with a healthy diet and at least 45 mins of cardio work every night, i want to loose a good proportion of body fat and then concentrate on the bodybuilding side of things. Im doing a bit now after my cardio works out`s training with my bro who`s been lifting about 5-6 years now, i can already see some imrovments, i now have slightly noticable traps and bigger arms plus my the weight im lifting is slowing increasing. |

thanks for the welcome guys, some thing a bit worrying has been happening last couple of times iv done my usual cardio workouts ill post up in a different section with details see if anyone has any ideas.
