Hey All,
New to the forum,awesome reading and I am learning a ton.I am a 45 year old male 6'4" and 265 pounds.Ideally I am at my best weight at 225-230lbs.
I sufffered a devastating injury a few years back and my weight blosssomed,not pretty.Anyhow I am back in the gym and hard at it.I was a gym rat for years making minimal gains through my own ignorance but at least I was in the gym.I am doing it different this time around and making good gains in size,strength and fat loss.Trying low reps,more weight and short intense cardio sessions.I am also paying FAR more attention to my diet.
I am supplementing my diet with Whey,BCAA's,Creatine,Glutamine and a good multi vitamin.Wish me luck!
On another note ,I am near Hamilton Ontario and I am looking for a good source for some Leucine powder as I want to add a bit more after my WO.Can anyone recommend a source other than GNC or Popeyes?
