Another Newbe...
Hi everyone!
Glad I found this awesome forum. Lots of info!
I started working out at one of the gyms in this small town and liked it so much that I paid for a one-on-one training session for three months which is now used up (as of last week) so it's just me and my workout partner now. My trainer is/was great and drove me but guess that's what I paid for!
Taking vitamines,fish oils, creatine and whey protein and workout on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays for one-hour per. Kinda hard with work and stuff but I'm hooked.
I tend to read more than I post so I could be quiet for a while.
