Cyto Gainer, Mass XXX, or Muscle Milk? Which is better? I know Cyto Gainer is high in cholesterol but I hear it is great. Also, Im not sure if I should be taking this stuff. I am about 5'9 and weigh 190 already. Im just trying to gain more muscle mass and then cut it up. Been in the gym for about 4 months and my strength has gotten better but I don't really see the reults too much. I hear great things about Cyto Gainer but not too sure if its what I need. Please help.
