heres my specs so to speak
6'0 200-210 flucsuation on weight work out 6 days a week fast paced weight traing barly any cardio so here is the question what stack could i potentually take to drop down to 170 in the next four months and still retain most of my muscle mass? and yes i know i need to add cardio. lol |

Honestly, for being six foot tall, why would you want to be sub two hundred?
I would suggest you concentrate on building muscle. The added muscle you gain will aid in burning fat. Obviously you need to eat for growth, and workout for growth. As to your question, what do you mean by "stack"? There are many terms for that. If you are refering to supplements, don't bother, any weight you lose with those will come right back once you stop taking them. They are a waste. Clean up your diet and you will lose fat. Gain muscle and you will lose even more. |
